Reflections of a 25-Year-Old

Standard

A friend of mine from college recently turned 25 and created this kick-ass list of life lessons he’s learned the hard way. We all know that there are tons of lists and articles like this one online, and I haven’t posted any because I don’t think they provide much new insight. This one does. It brings out all the insight and stories I hope to gain from people when interviewing them, so I think it’s worth it. Enjoy!

“The 20-Something Life” is the radio show that gives stories and advice for twenty-first century twenty-somethings. This week, host Colenn Berracasa talks with the creator of myfriendsaremarried.tumblr.com, the infamous blog with the tagline “My friends are getting married and I’m just 25 and drunk.” Tune in for insight from a woman who studied art history at Duke, has a successful career as an accountant in Washington D.C., and despite all of that, still gets badgered about her romantic relationships, or lack thereof, from her Southern friends.

The 20-Something Life airs on Tuesdays from 9-10am during Summer 2013 on 91.9 FM KCSB in Santa Barbara and kcsb.org. Listen to past episodes on 20somethingliferadio.com.
